Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

Elextus is built to support disciplined academy operations while preserving authorization, separation, traceability, and respect for the information entrusted to the platform.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Elextus LLC ("Elextus," "we," or "us") handles information through the Elextus academy training management application and its governed development services.

Elextus is intended for authorized academy administrators, instructors, trainees, and approved internal beta participants. It is not a consumer social network and is not directed to children under 13.

2. Information handled by Elextus

Depending on role and authorized use, Elextus may handle:

  • Account information, including name, email address, user identifier, and assigned role.
  • Academy assignments, including organization, Academy Series, class, and authorized purpose.
  • Profile and professional-history information entered by authorized users or academy personnel.
  • Training information, such as schedules, examinations, practical exercises, actions, evaluations, transcripts, and qualification records.
  • Messages, notifications, attachments, photographs, and documents used in authorized academy workflows.
  • Governed analytical results and advisory artificial-intelligence explanations where expressly enabled.
  • Security, authorization, synchronization, integrity, audit, reliability, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

The Internal Beta demonstration environment uses synthetic academy records. Production or customer data is not authorized merely by participation in the Internal Beta.

3. How information is used

Elextus uses information to:

  • authenticate users and enforce role-, organization-, series-, and class-specific access;
  • support authorized training, communication, evaluation, recordkeeping, reporting, and transcript workflows;
  • produce governed Evidence, Analytics, Qualification, and advisory AI information where authorized;
  • synchronize approved information across authorized devices;
  • maintain security, auditability, integrity, availability, recovery, and historical traceability; and
  • diagnose failures and improve reliability during controlled development and beta testing.

Elextus does not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or use cross-app tracking technologies for advertising.

4. Service providers and disclosure

Elextus uses service providers that support authorized operation of the platform, including Apple for application distribution and TestFlight and Amazon Web Services for authentication, protected storage, synchronization, monitoring, and related cloud services.

Information is disclosed only as required to provide authorized Elextus functions, comply with law, protect rights and security, or carry out another expressly approved purpose. Elextus does not grant an AI system independent authority to disclose records or make organizational decisions.

5. Data protection and retention

Elextus applies access controls, encryption in transit, protected storage, audit records, integrity verification, and class- and Academy-Series isolation appropriate to the governed environment. Access is denied when required authorization cannot be verified.

Information is retained according to applicable academy, contractual, legal, security, audit, and Engineering Governance requirements. Retention, historical traceability, availability, and authorized disclosure are treated as separate controls.

6. Your choices and requests

Authorized users may request access, correction, or other appropriate action concerning their information through the academy or organization that provided Elextus access. Requests remain subject to applicable recordkeeping, legal, security, and authorization requirements.

Internal beta participants may stop using Elextus by leaving the TestFlight beta and may contact the Elextus administrator who provided access with privacy questions.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Elextus capabilities, operating practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this address with its effective date.
